BonSchroPRO!
BonSchroPRO is my daily circuit training! The BonSchroPRO circuit training sessions are created to challenge you and are PERFECT for those days where you have less than hour to spend in the gym.

These high intensity workouts are designed to increase your heart rate and get you sweating!

BonSchroPro workouts are full body sessions but some days will have more emphasis on upper and some have more emphasis on lower body.

All circuits are under 20min long. There are six workouts posted a week.

(These workouts also make an AWESOME finisher once you're done with your BonSchroGO strength session)

Example 1

20 min AMRAP

-15 push presses (65lb/95)

-30sec weighted plank (25/45lb)

Example 2

6 rounds for time

-6 burpees

-8 hang cleans (65lb/95lb)

Complete as quickly as you can!

Can use assistance on pull ups if needed.

18 min amrap

-20 KB swings (40/65lb)

-10 V ups
