The one-on-one online training I offer includes five percentage based work outs a week that have a predominant focus on the three main lifts but also have accessory work every day to include an aesthetic element to the program and address weaknesses.
Programs are tailored to meet client's needs, schedule, and goals. Most training cycles are 16-20 weeks long depending on individual needs. The program includes video feedback and analysis, meet prep if needed, and direct access to me. I always respond to clients within 24 hours.
