The one-on-one online training I offer includes five percentage based work outs a week that have a predominant focus on the three main lifts but also have accessory work every day to include an aesthetic element to the program and address weaknesses.
This program can be adjusted based on client’s needs and schedule. Most training cycles are 12-16 weeks long but can also be adjusted on clients needs and goals. The program includes video feedback and analysis, team chat access, meet prep if needed and constant access to me. I always reply within 24 hours!
