The 1-1 online training I offer to remote clients includes four-five percentage based work outs a week that have a predominant focus on the three main lifts but also have accessory work every day to include an aesthetic element to the program and address weaknesses. Programs are designed around client's needs, schedule, and goals. Cardio, circuits and sport specific work can also be programmed beyond the basic strength work. No matter what your goals are, together we can set a plan in place that will help you reach them.
I'm here to put the puzzle pieces together for you, hold you accountable and take the thinking out of training.
Along with your weekly training programs, you'll also receive video feedback and analysis from me, weekly checkins, meet prep if needed, and direct access to me. I always respond to clients within 24 hours.
