JESSICA UTHE
Jessica is a Kentucky girl who recently moved to Denver, Colorado to enjoy all the mountains have to offer. She has always been an athlete; ranging from high school cheerleading, swimming, gymnastics, Tae Kwon Do (2nd degree black belt) and college D1 rowing where she was a coxswain (driver). She now
prefers hiking, biking, and a mix between the functionality and strength of Crossfit and the aesthetics of bodybuilding in her workouts.
After graduating in 2010 from the University of Louisville (Louisville, Ky) with a degree in Kinesiology/HHP (health and human performance) she became a personal trainer and has held certifications through the NSCA (national Strength and Conditioning Association) and ISSA (International
Sports Sciences Association).
She brings over 12 years of training and coaching experience. In Ohio, she was employed as a foundational strength and conditioning coach for high school students in varying sports and was the Assistant girl’s lacrosse coach. During this time, she also competed in NPC Women’s Physique bodybuilding competitions.
Now retired from bodybuilding and having become a first-time mom, she specializes in helping busy women and mothers cultivate confidence, knowledge and consistency around nutrtion that fits in their (and their family's) lifestyle.
She holds a nutrition certification through Working Against Gravity and is working on continuing her education through GGS (Girls Gone Strong) for a women’s specialist certification.
