These high-intensity workouts are designed to increase your heart rate and get you sweating!
There are six workout options a week with 3 workouts will be shown at a time and updated daily for members.
Equipment required for BonSchroPRO: Barbell, plates, pull-up bar, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, hip circle, box, med ball and a sled if you have access to one.
